Today is a day that celebrates the modern environmental movement and it's called Earth Day. I have been celebrating it ever since I had picked the topic for one of my 4-H public speaking projects when I was an early teen. It's been an interest and we have been changing things in my household when ever possible.
Going "green" has become a hot topic for a lot of folks. There are so many things that you can do around your own home or office to help conserve water or energy, recycle or dispose of items properly. Not only does this protect the environment but it saves you money.
