Calling all Firefighters and First Responders!

Cardiac Arrest is the leading cause of death for firefighters. As the sister of one, it concerns me that my brother may not be as healthy as what he could be. I have challenged him to start this year with me. I am also challenging you to do the same. Lets start the year off right with being healthy, not only for those that you may rescue but most importantly for yourself. Lets commit to a healthy 09 !

Way to go...Challenging others to get fit! Santa brought me Wii Fit and I'm hoping to it will work for me. With 20lbs. to go, it better work! haha!

I hear the Wii Fit is awesome! I am hoping to try it out soon and who knows, maybe the Easter Bunny will bring it for me! :)
