Coach Laura's Tip of the Day....

Have you ever noticed that when you go to the grocery store that all of the healthy food is located around the edge of the store and all of the junk is in the middle? Next time you are there, take a look and try shopping from those areas only. You'll be able to find tasty fruits, veggies, thin and trimmed meats, and dairy that will give you a more well balanced meal. There are so many great dishes that can be made from just these components. Be sure to let me know how you do.

Lucky for me I was raised like this. But it is funny to see what my husband brings home from the store. I have learned I just have to stay on top of it or he "helps" which is sweet but he brings home a lot of junk. And I actually think it is better on the grocery bill to stay away from the middle as well.
