I'm proud of......

Often, we don't compliment ourselves enough. It's easier to find fault.  What are some of the things that you are proud of?


Mine are:


1. Helping others who don't have the knowledge and willpower to eat healthier.
2. Being a role model to my family with my healthy eating.
3. Participating in a walk for March of Dimes event over the weekend.
4. Being able to say no to sweets.
5. Finding a way to be active even when I can't work out.
6. Holding myself accountable for my actions.
7. Getting to bed a lot earlier.
