Did you get enough sleep last night?

If you aren't getting enough sleep, it can affect more than just your demeanor. Sleep deprivation can have an impact of your weight loss too. Most people need at least 7 or 8 hours of sleep each night. Our bodies tend to function best when we have regular sleep patterns. Set a regular time for bed and stick with it and try to get a good night's sleep. If you find that your workouts, practices, or competitions are not going that well, take a look at your sleep patterns and modify them if needed.
