1 cup skim milk
1 (6 oz) container low fat vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup orange juice
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
6 ice cubes
Combine all ingredients except ice into blender. Blend for 15 seconds to combine ingredients. Add ice cubes and blend for about 20 seconds to crush ice. Serve immediately. Serves 2
