4 things you should be doing....

I wanted to share with you 4 BIG things that you can do each day to become a healthier person.  These little things will help you will lose weight, feel energized, heal your body and promote good health.  Doing each of these every day will add up over time. 

1.     Eat 2-3 Servings of Fruit daily
2.     Eat 5-7 Servings of Vegetables daily
3.     Drink 6-8 glasses of Water daily
4.     Exercise 20 minutes, 4 times a week (minimum)

If you haven't started an accountability journal, please do so.  Keep track of what you have done so that you can reflect back to see what has and what hasn't worked for you.  Not sure how to journal, email me and I will get you started.
