Vegetables....How do you like them?

Vegetables, their full of antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, and are necessary for a balanced diet.   Whether you like your veggies steamed, roasted, or sautéed, vegetables can be prepared in a variety of ways and are very versatile.  What are some ways that you eat them?  Here is one way that I always make sure that I get my veggies in each day.
