Back to business.....Vacation is over!

So....it's been a while since I've been here.  And there are reasons why.  One is that I've been thinking A LOT about things. I can tell you that my life is headed back in the right direction.  I'm feeling better since being back on my medication (minus the cold/flu that I have now) and looking forward to starting P90X next week.  Even though I'm waiting to start a new program, I am going to eat clean.  I've also started an impromptu 21 day Clean Eating Challenge. ( If you want details, email me and I will forward you some info.  Proper nutrition is so important for staying on track.)

Also, I had the privilege of being on vacation last week.  It was a much needed break.  Seven days at sea on Royal Carribean's Oasis of the Seas with over 400 other Beachbody Coaches.  We were in Nassau, St. Thomas and St. Maarten.  So, now with vacation over and feeling better, I can get back to regular posting.  I have missed it and am excited to be able to share things with you.  Here are just a few pictures from our trip.
