It's the start of what's going to be a GREAT week. Counting the days down till vacation! It won't be long and I want to be ready!!! I'm posting my weight loss goals and staying accountable.
My goals this week:
1. Take my supplements.
2. Drink my water.
3. 2 shakes per day.
4. Protein at every meal (3 main meals, 2 snacks).
5. Exercise 5 times this week using Turbo Fire and my treadmill.
6. Listen to my Motivational DVD's each night.
